Staff at the hotel explained where the bus stop was , such a simple thing but when you’re not sure of the area it really helps .

It is absolutely crap.
It is absolutely crap. I arrived there at around 12.30 pm, to be told that the room I had pre-booked through booking.com was not available!
According to the reception staff the hotel's computer had overbooked the rooms. Not good for a single woman arriving at the hotel after a long flight to Luton to find that the room I expected had been used for someone else. It was extremely inconvenient and upsetting, I was very tired. I will never book a Holiday Inn hotel again or use booking.com.

Liked: Moss house is clean, very close to Luton railway station, perfect for short stay if travelling from Luton Airport. My room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. There are two local supermarket close by if needed. Not liked: property needs a fridge in the kitchen also a dining table and four/six chairs. A spare WC 🚾 🚽 as there is only one Bath 🛀 room in the property. Other small additions of hooks in the bedroom and bath room. Host Raj was very helpful in providing local taxi details and was available when called for help. But needs to communicate 24 /48 hours in advance of arrival of guests in order to provide comfortable and stress free check-in process.

Airport was under construction and our driver was not able...
Airport was under construction and our driver was not able to drive up to the terminal so we had to walk 15-20 minutes to meet him at the long term parking lot. Buses were running 24/7, but did not seem to know about the bus stop right outside of our hotel for pickup or drop off. Security had me do the 360 scanner with several others despite having nothing in my pockets. An agent told me to keep my watch on and that was the only thing that could have set off the sensor. Another agent told others not to lean on the wall / initial sensor as it gives a false positive. Probably why so many of us were tagged for the additional screening. Not sure if the lady was an employee of EasyJet or Luton, but a rude lady was trying to get us to pay for our carry-ons to put in the overhead bins. We had no issues with putting our bags under our seats on the flight to Luton or on the return flight, but was told repeatedly we would need to pay for 3 of our 5 bags. We demonstrated repeatedly that they fit. Also not sure if it was EasyJet or Luton, but our 6:05am flight did not depart the terminal until 6:20am and after several stop, wait, go's along the way finally finished taxiing and was in the air at 7:16am.

There was a lot of litter on the car park, i.e. blue paper towels
Would’ve liked the airport, shuttle bus to stop outside the hotel as my wife is disabled. Unfortunately we had to walk quite a distance to the bus stop

There is only single and big problem, at Luton airport...
There is only single and big problem, at Luton airport nobody knows where can I have bus ticket, even the guys living in Luton said they don't know. I spent half an hour to ask ( even checking the automat machines) and learn for having the bus ticket. After asking tens of people I learnt that you have it in the bus by credit card. How come no body knows and how come there is no information at any where.
Great location. Walking distance to Luton station, bus stops, and conveniently close to airport. Can get to London within an hour easy by train and underground so really handy if you dont want to pay for expensive hotels in the city.
Hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable. Design was very well thought out. Definitely exceeded expectations. We were worried that the room would be too cramped for 4 adults but it was actually quite comfortable.
Breakfast and drinks were decent and not overpriced. Staff were nice and friendly.
This was a first-time stay at the Linton Hotel. I wanted a hotel away from London prices but with a quick and easy route to London via train. I had read the reviews about plane noise from Luton airport, the plastic cover on the bed (under the bedsheet) and the fold-down bed. None of it was a problem. The plane noise was nothing to be bothered about, the bed cover did not move at all and the fold-down bed (when folded up) made the room quite spacious.
The breakfast really very good. No complaints there either.
Breakfast bag was a lovely touch, which was offered when I checked in and mentioned that I had an early departure. I thought it might be tricky to provide gluten free options last minute but you delivered. Gluten free brioche, juice box and fruit.
I was able to have a quick coffee before leaving, prepared for me by the duty manager. Great service, all the staff I spoke with at the hotel were friendly and efficient.
Nice shower and comfy bed.
Very convenient for the Luton Dart airport shuttle.
This was a pleasant surprise after the summer of budget hotels, one more horrifying than the other. Everything was as you'd expect in a hotel: clean, normal size room with a normal sized bathroom, iron and hairbrush in the room, nice smelling toiletries included, warm enough, bed good enough. No weird smells. Free coffee and tea in the reception. No signs of bedbugs. Luton airport is 30 minutes away tops. I did not have the chance to try the breakfast, as I had to catch an early flight.
I often stay at this hotel when flying in and out of Luton Airport. It's everything you would expect at a standard hotel, but often quite a bit cheaper. It is five walk minutes from the bus and train station so easy for late arrivals and early starts. It's clean and comfy and the beds are great. Breakfast is included which is great. I like the place.
Very clean and welcoming hotel. The bar staff in particular were especially accommodating and nice.
Easy to get to and good location especially if you need to go to the airport but also close enough to the town centre
Rooms have everything and are very nice and modern with a fridge in the room.
Very nice little homestay 10 minutes away from Luton Airport. The room and common areas were super clean! The bed was comfy.
There is a small convenience store nearby. A few restaurants within walking distance as well.
The taxi to the airport cost me about £15 at 3.30am.
The location is very good. Is just in the center of Luton , everything is close by - Luton mall , different shops and restaurants. And it’s close to Luton airport either. English breakfast was very good and the meals are huge !!
Nice and cheap hotel for overnight stay if you have early morning flight from Luton airport. 2 minute walk from Luton rail station. Room was small, but ok. Recepcionist was very nice and polite. Recomended for short stay.
Super cute hotel close to the Luton Airport. The rooms were well stocked and the beds super comfy. The staff was so so so friendly and helpful!! Definitely grab a drink at the pub and the food is delicious!
Doesn’t feel like your in luton, when inside the hotel. If you have heard any stigma about luton being a run down town, still consider staying here as it’s not anything like the town Centre.
