We enjoyed our 5 nights stay very very much. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and my kids still remember Natalia welcoming us on our arrival. Situated just 200 metres from Sagrera Metro Station in Sant Andreu, the modern Hotel Acta Laumon is 25 minutes from the centre of Barcelona by metro. Loved the east location to gallery. Metro and bus easy and inexpensive transport to and from airport. Central Barcelona, Born, Gothic- all easy to get to. Best of all, each of the staff were friendly, polite and helpful!

A gem of a place with a gorgeous outdoor terrace that is rare to find (be respectful to neighbours), really enjoyed staying here. Water pressure was good, nice to have a dishwasher and use of the washing machine for long stays. Lovely Maite gave us great recommendations and was very easy to contact. Lots of local metro stations, area felt safe, great tapas bar nearby. The flat is well maintained and we felt we were able to let Maite know about anything and it would be fixed.
