Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza is within 200 metres of the Prado Museum and El Retiro Park. It features a 24-hour reception, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. The facilities are even better in person! Everything is super clean and neat, with a great colorful setup by the reception and coffee table. The staff was the best from the 7 hotels we stayed at in Europe and we booked it 2 times due to them! We wrapped up our trip here and have already recommended it to friends and family. Jose was particularly attentive and made us feel welcome as well as giving us a bunch of places to visit and recommendations. The location was perfect and close to everything as well as being safe and peaceful.

This stylish, modern hotel is located in the south of Madrid, close to the Méndez Álvaro Bus Station. It offers a varied buffet breakfast and free WiFi. I was expecting to have a short stay in Madrid, so I chose this hotel. Alejandro, the staff member, was incredibly supportive and friendly. He gave me tips, orientation, and overall showed super super friendly. I'm thankful there's people like him in the hospitality industry!

Hotel Agumar ligger mittemot järnvägsstationen Atocha i centrala Madrid, mindre än 10 minuters promenad från museerna Prado, Thyssen och Reina Sofia. Very nice and friendly front desk staff. The room was not large but OK. The bed was comfy. Close to shopping center and supermarket.
