Good size of the room. Very clean and confortable. The size of the bathroom very good as we were a family of 3. And such and excellent location as we were able to jump into the subway from a very short walking distance.

The location is next to Bernabeu stadium, which was very helpful when we went to a football match. There are plenty of transport options and the neighborhood is quite nice. The room was very beautiful, comfy bed, together with a coffee machine.

The location is excellent for a football trip . And getting around the city...the staff are extremely friendly and helpful...that's why we will always be back.

We noticed this when we were check-in in to the hotel, but the manager of the hotel (unfortunately, I don't remember the name) solved the problem quickly and sent us to the H10 Hotel Villa Reina branch of the same hotel chain, and even she paid our taxi price.
