Staff were fabulous. Great location. Close to the center and the train station. Fabulous restaurants and bakeries close by. Great coffee in the morning and complimentary drinks were a lovely touch.

Melrose Hotel is located in Amsterdam, within 700 metres of Anne Frank House and 700 metres of Leidseplein. Our stay was perfect. Such a nice room, hotel and the staff was so helpful, and made you feel welcome. Everything was so nice. The location of the hotel was close to everything, u don't even have to take use of any kind of transport, u can literally walk everywhere u have to go. Hotel de Looier is situated in a quiet street in the centre of Amsterdam. It takes only 5 minutes on foot to reach the lively Leidseplein with its many bars and cafés. Great location, comfortable beds, spacious room with lots of shelves for clothes etc. Great staff especially Amra who took care of every need. Breakfast is also good.

The property is situated a 17-minute walk from Royal Palace Amsterdam, 1.6 km from Flower Market.... I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam. The room was beautiful and had the cutest garden. Fatos, the host, is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met. She had amazing recommendations for restaurants, bars, and cafes. I had mentioned we were visiting for our Anniversary and she had a little surprise for us, which I thought was a very sweet personal touch. In general, the place is in a great location and is within walking distance of several landmarks (Anne Frank house is <5 mins walk), bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay here on my next visit as well!
