The staff of the hotel are amazing. Wonderful, amazing, adorable, likeable, warm and all the positive adjectives you can think of. Thanks to Priety kindness and the help from Aida, I extended my stay at the hotel. Aida and Pretty are very good people with world-class customer service.

I've stayed here a number of times, some of them extended, and think it's the best value in the city. Friendly and helpful manager, and very clean. The street itself is not suitable for some (I wouldn't send my mom here, for example, and my Asian wife gets catcalls at night so when traveling with her now we stay at the nearby 81 Princess, which is more expensive and not as good) but the wider neighborhood is seriously underrated.

Near bus stop, restaurants & convenience stores. Rooms are clean and enough for 2-3 people. Good wifi connection. Staff are very accommodating. They had our towels and toiletries changed everyday. They also refill complimentary coffee/tea when we requested.

Good location in terms of public transport; very close walk to a nearby bus stop (about 2-4 minutes walk) which is in front of a 7-Eleven. Decent for what we paid for since it was a last minute trip, and it was fairly comfortable. Our room looked older than the listed, however the rooms are clean. Air conditioning and water heater worked well, and the rooms had some packaged drinking water and toothbrush/toothpaste provided for free. Our bathroom came with a bathtub which was a pleasant surprise. Their check-in was still open until late at night (we checked in at 11.30pm) and the staff was happy to help us even then.
