This is private house, not a hotel, about 10 minutes by foot from both ski lifts and bus stop to higher areas of the valley (Finkenberg, Hintertux, Schlegeis 131). Large supermarket very close (M-Preis) There are two Nieslerhof houses (both owned by the same family), back to back, which I missed in the darkness of the evening and went directly to the first one, while Margit, the host who is supposed to meet you, usually stays in the second one. But Margit's mother who met me instead was very welcoming and absolutely tolerant to my caveman German language (only Margit speaks English).

Breakfast buffet, including products from the owner's farm (eggs, curd spread, jam, juices) is served every morning. There is a shared kitchen at the property.

Children can help at the on-site farm or play on the children's playground in the well-groomed garden. Excellent location, fully surrounded by nature, quiet and peaceful during both day and night. Extremely tasty and diverse breakfast with fresh local products (delicious eggs, speck, yoghurt, jam and apple juice), very clean and nicely-decorated rooms, equipped with all facilities, comfy bed, great view from the balcony. The property also offers free parking and a spacious ski room. The accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, as there are many activities to do in the Stubai valley, in both summer and winter and suitable for families with children, couples and single travelers. Bettina and Franz are some of the friendliest, politest and most caring hosts we have ever met and due to them, you can really feel like you are part of the family. You also get the chance to learn a lot about the local farming and agriculture and even spend time with the animals from the farm, so it's a much more enriching experience compared to a traditional B&B. Would definitely love to come back!

Just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kals am Großglockner, the Bergerhof is a farmhouse renovated in 2015, offering panoramic views of the Hohe Tauern Mountains. The Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei Ski Area is 500 metres away. Very nice. View, breakfast, skislopes, kind personell...

Riemenerhof is located in Fügen and just 600 metres away from the Spieljochbahn Cable Car, offering en-suite rooms with balcony overlooking the mountains of the Ziller Valley. Wi-Fi access is available in this farm stay. The location was excellent, close to three very good Ski resorts, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach, Zell and the nearest to the property Spieljoch. All excellent.

Alpenbauernhof Gröbenhof is a farm surrounded by fields, 2 km from the centre of Fulpmes and 5 km from the centre of Neustift im Stubaital. The Schlick Ski Area is 3 km from the property, and the Stubai Glacier is 22 km away. This was a charming and comfortable apartment!! We were a family of 5 and got one whole floor to ourselves! there was a game room and other fun things for the kids. We enjoyed their breakfast one morning. Host was so friendly and helpful. We were near the ski slopes and that was great.

Surrounded by the Tyrolian Alps and offering panoramic views, Denggnhof is built in the traditional Tyrolian farm style and offers an authentic and rustic feeling. Rooms at the property are furnished in an elegant combination of traditional and modern. We were there only for one night, but it was great. Hosts are very friendly and the horses were such a nice suprise. Thank you for the exprience :)

This eco-friendly working farm enjoys a quiet location in the municipality of Gschnitz in the scenic Tyrolean valley of the same name. Built 1770 in typical Tyrolean style, it is surrounded by a large garden and features a charging station for e-cars. A beginner's ski slope is 200 metres away. It felt like we were staying with friends! The host family gave us great recommendations for hikes and made us a delicious breakfast each morning. The view from the bedroom window was gorgeous and falling asleep to the sound of the river was so peaceful. 10/10 would stay again.
