New building: completed in 2015. Solar panels and underfloor heating. Videophone. Plant cooling and dehumidification. The apartment has been furnished and equipped with quality materials. We thought of every possible need of our guests during their stay. We thought this apartment with lots of love, to make you feel at home, to make you feel our love during your stay. We want to offer a comfortable stay, as well as high quality!! The neighborhood is served by a railway station, by bus, from the restaurant business, banks, supermarkets, tobacconist, laundries, bars and the new shopping center where you can find many other services for your needs. A few hundred meters you can also reach the Maggiolina Park.
I am an educator professional and I'm Counselor: I love meeting people in a friendly atmosphere, helpful and smiling. I do my best to welcome my guests in a smiling atmosphere, attention and care. I'm always available for any requests or needs.
Convenient area for reaching the railway station "Migliarina", with which reach the Cinque Terre and other areas of tourist interest; proximity to the motorway; short distance from the starting point of ferries to Cinque Terre, Portofino and the Palmaria Island. Convenient for public transport. The structure is very close to the Mall "LE TERRAZZE" in which you can find many services. You can easily reach the sea terminal (cruise ships). Not far from La Spezia center: 5 min by car and 15 min on foot. Also convenient than the Polo Rehabilitation of Levante (Don Gnocchi). The area is very quiet, although not far from the center of the city: this will allow you to easily reach your goals but also to be able to rest serenamante once you get into the room. La Spezia is a small town so it is easy to get from one area to another in a short time: the distances in our city are not impossible or complex (neither public transport nor walk, if you like also a quiet walk ). Unlike the downtown area, you can take advantage of reserved and free parking; in this way you can choose the best way to get around.
