Staff are very helpful. 2 thumbs up for Shreya! She helped us retrieve our shopping bag which we left at the outlet stores Location is great! Very near Fisherman's Wharf and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Plus, bus stop is just 100m away! You can go to practically everywhere. Just check your destination and you will know what bus number you will be boarding.

Breakfast was not included but there was a microwave,fridge and coffee maker so we were able to do breakfast. There was a grocery store two mins away. V helpful staff and lovely courtyard with a garage for each guest.

We absolutely loved La Casa Inn! It was our first time staying in a motel, so we didn't know what to expect, but the property really exceeded our expectations! The rooms were beautifully decorated and very modern. They were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Our room had a huge TV with lots of channels to choose from - we stayed in December so we were able to watch Christmas movies on the TV. La Casa Inn is also in a great location, about 10-15 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and it's very close to lots of bus routes which will bring you all around the city!

It is a safe neighborhood, considering that it is San Francisco. The stairs that lead to the rooms can be accessed only with key cards, so it feels safe. We asked for a microwave, and they gave us one. There is a safe, coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. Parking is free and there was always enough space to park. They have a nice deck to sit on and fabulous coffee house (Peet's) across the street. The same coffee capsules are also provided in the room. The beds are comfortable and the toiletries nice.

We liked the location on Lombard, near Van Ness. We had a very pleasant stay. On the 4th floor you can see the GGB, the room was big enough for a couple and a kid and the room and the bathroom were very clean. One of our best stays in California! I recommend the place and I would come back without any hesitation if I had to visit San Francisco again! The head is very available and compliant : we could have a 1h-earlier check-in to avoid leaving our luggage in the car when parked and this is very nice. Thank you and go on this way!

Great value for the money, the rooms were clean, the fridge and microwave were appreciated and the staff were all friendly. The location is amazing, just a 10 min walk to the ocean with a view of alcatraz and the golden gate bridge, lots of restaurants and bars in the area and the hotel is always easy to find and the free parking is a huge plus in San Francisco! We would happily stay here again!
