Located in Takaka, 10 minutes' drive from the beach, The Rocks Chalets features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. This was the best accommodation on our NZ trip. Not only was it dead quiet, comfy beds and super fast Wi-Fi with great amenities, it had its own glow worm cave!

Featuring barbecue facilities, Anatoki Lodge Motel is set in Takaka, 18 km from Golden Bay. Each accommodation at the motel has garden views and free WiFi. Excellent location, spacious unit, 50 sky channels, friendly owner.

Offering a range of accommodation options with garden and estuary views, Collingwood Park Motel borders the estuary and is 3 minutes' walk from the beach. A comfortable unit with excellent location. Contactless check-in, payment, and check-out are very convenient.

Offering free WiFi and free on-site bus and car parking, Mohua Motels is located in Takaka. All accommodation offers a patio, fully equipped kitchenette and mountain and garden views. Large room with balcony overlooking mountains. Excellent facilities including a laundry. Ideally located to explore the North end of South Island and food and drinks available close by. Small town and very quiet at night.

Offering a children's playground and free on-site parking, Golden Bay Motel is located in Takaka, just 5 minutes' walk from shops and restaurants. Loved the motel & the floor to ceiling glass in the bedroom out to the peaceful garden. The motel was very quiet despite being located just off of the main road. Lisa, at reception was awesome & brought us a portable gas weber bbq to prepare our dinner. We liked everything about this motel, free washing machine for guests + it was very convenient & close to Takaka center. We'll definitely stay here again.

Located just 2 minutes' walk from the beach in the quiet Golden Bay village of Collingwood, The Station House Motel offers comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a courtyard area with BBQ... Due to travel issues, we had to communicate quite a lot with the owners due to very late arrival. They were exceptionally helpful, and made it all very easy for us. Excellent hosts, with a fabulous Garen Cottage for our stay. Outstanding.
