Wonderful location, just on the old Macquarie wharf at Hobart's tourist port. Excellent organization and careful management by the hotel's team. Closely linked to the history of the city of Hobart, whose colourful characters are finely sketched on the doors of the rooms. Excellent food at the "Old Wharf Restaurant" and very fine selection of Tasmanian gins, whiskies and vodkas at the "Evolve Spirits" bar. Congratulations.

Waratah on York is located in a restored Victorian mansion, just 5 minutes’ walk from Launceston city centre. It features free off-street parking and Wi-Fi internet access. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums.

Sitting alongside Hobart's waterfront, the historic Henry Jones Art Hotel offers luxurious rooms offering water or courtyard views. Loved the 4pm art tour. The staff made you feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble, making a dinner reservation for us. Everything was in walking distance, galleries, market, shops, restaurants, harbour.

Maylands Lodge is a historic landmark property situated in the New Town area of Hobart. It is just an 8-minute drive from the city centre and the historic Hobart waterfront, including Salamanca... The rooms were spacious and super clean! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The property is well taken care off. Overall an amazing 10/10 experience!!!

Located in Sorell, 25 km from Hobart, Sorell Barracks provides a garden and free WiFi. I booked this for my mum and her friends, they only stayed one night. she called me when she had checked in and couldn’t be happier with the accommodation and the owner. the ladies loved the old style of the accommodation and the gardens, the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Tasmania is succes what comes to wildlife watching. Weather might not be so great everyday and all day along this time of year. Cruise to Tasman peninsula with Pennicott wilderness journeys totally recommended. Got to see whales and seals and dolphins and different sea birds.

Julkinen liikenne kovin kattava. Port Arthur, Mt. Wellington ja Wineglass Bay ehdottomasti vierailun arvoisia kohteita. Myös kasvitieteellinen puutarha oli miellyttävä kokemus. Taste of Tasmania ruokafestivaali oli myös loistava. Sopivan kokoinen kaupunki, josta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen.
