All the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Nothing is a bother for them. True 5* service. Special mention to Andreas for patiently driving us all over, always with a smile. It's definitely a hotel to revisit.

The Hotel Hohe Promenade, family-run since 1947, enjoys a slightly elevated location on a central yet tranquil spot in Arosa. It offers a sauna, fine cuisine and wines, and free WiFi. Hotel located a few steps from the center of Arosa, the structure is perfectly maintained and with attention to detail by the owners. Excellent room, very clean and furnished with style. Fantastic and abundant breakfast with genuine food. My partner and I had a great time, we will definitely be back.

The 4-star Superior Valsana Hotel Arosa enjoys a quiet location in the heart of Arosa at 1800 metres altitude and offers panoramic views of the Obersee lake and the mountains. From start to end, our time at Valsana Arosa was an exceptional experience. As we were checking in, the hotel director, Claudio introduced himself to us and made us feel welcome. All of the staff are amazing, and they couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was as relaxing as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful, and everything is pretty much brand new. The spa is abolutely stunning, with three sauna/ steam rooms available, as well as a beautiful pool area and relaxation spaces. My partner celebrated her 40th birthday there, which the staff were well aware of, and they helped add a lot of little touches that made our time there extra special. From simple things like a small birthday gift of wildflower seeds, to making a birthday cake and delivering it to our room. We enjoyed a fondue on our balcony, delivered to us by Yuri, who was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining how to fondue. We ate in the restaurant for breakfasts, lunch and dinner on one evening, all of which was excellent. The bar is also well stocked with locally sourced beers and wine, amongst other things. All in all, a great experience which we shan't ever forget. We can't wait to get to relive the experience again soon!

The Alpine-style BelArosa Superior Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Arosa and 400 metres from Arosa Train Station and the cable cars. The hotel is very charming and cozy. The team is so friendly and competent

AlpinArosa is located in the centre of Arosa, 400 metres from the cable car and the train station, and 70 metres from the sister hotel BelArosa, where guests enjoy their breakfast and have free access... Karin, the manager was amazing! She was very welcoming and attentive! She definitely made our stay extra special. We can not wait to go back!

Aves Arosa features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Arosa. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Aves was close to the train station, therefore easy with luggage. Ski school was above the train station as was the ski lift. Lovely pubs and restaurants and both a Coop and Denners shop. The apartment had enough space for a family of 5, equipment in the kitchen was adequate for our short stay. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable.

Offering a restaurant serving traditional Swiss cuisine, Erzhorn is located in Arosa, directly next to the ski slopes and just 300 metres from the Arosa Ski Lift. We had a lovey spacious room at the back of the hotel, which overlooks the slopes so you can see the skiers coming past your window. The layout of the room was well thought out, with plenty of space to hang clothes and ski gear for instance, and plenty of shelving around the sink and bath for toiletries. It could not have been better located - you are straight on the slopes when you come out of the door, and just a few metres downhill to the regular ski bus to get into town, to the station etc. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful and speak great English too. The restaurant is fantastic, the best food we had during our stay. The terrace is a popular spot for lunch with skiers and locals. I am gluten free and they made sure that I was well catered for. There is a good choice at breakfast.
