The hotel was awesome. We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the center and the Zermatt Train Station, and 755 feet from the Zermatt Funicular. It offers a lounge with an area for playing and a fireplace.... This property was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. I loved the breakfast room, the area by the fire, and the sparkling water from the tap. The design of the rooms was amazing, making the space for our family of four feel large and comfortable. We walked from the train station, and could see the Matterhorn from our balcony.

Located close to the ski elevators in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. This hotel is fantastic. The room was spacious, beds comfy and immaculately clean. We had a room with a view of the Matterhorn which was fabulous. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the station. The spa facilities are amazing with a pool, jacuzzi, onsen, steam and sauna. The massage is one of the best we've ever had! The hotel is also fantastically equipped for children from the bedding in the cot to the play area with soo many toys to the children's pool area with slide and again soo many toys. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, you will not be disappointed!

Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

All the ataff were friendly. N we arrived at 9pm from luceren which was pass the dinner time as we booked the hotel room with breakfast and dinner. The receptionist and restaurant manager were very helpful n waited for us so we cld hv our dinner. Food was delicious. Room and facility was clean n well kept. Right from the time they picked us up from the train station, the experience was nothing short of WOW. The Hotel itself is very well located, right next to the Ski lifts. If you have kids, they'd love the entrance to the hotel, from a tunnel. The facilities and amenities at the property are all very good and efficient. Extra points for the staff who are extremely courteous and always ready to help.

Best staff ever. They really went out of their way to make my stay special and were brimming with genuine warmth - every single person I interacted with. I had a constant smile on my face and that is particularly due to the incredible staff. Both in Tradition Julen and Hotel Alpenhof (which has a spa you cannot miss out on). The location is close to the town center and there is a shuttle to/from the train station + sister hotel. The restaurant is phenomenal as well as the breakfast. So many little details that made this a truly unique experience like offering me a discount and a drink voucher when I extended my stay, giving tips about getting around the mountain, and somehow always finding chocolate in my room (sometimes even hand-delivered). What an absolute delight, and an experience I will hold onto for a long time.
