Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. The hotel was awesome. We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

Carina - Design&Lifestyle hotel is an 8-minute walk from the centre and the Zermatt Train Station, and 230 metres from the Zermatt Funicular. This property was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home. I loved the breakfast room, the area by the fire, and the sparkling water from the tap. The design of the rooms was amazing, making the space for our family of four feel large and comfortable. We walked from the train station, and could see the Matterhorn from our balcony.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. This hotel is fantastic. The room was spacious, beds comfy and immaculately clean. We had a room with a view of the Matterhorn which was fabulous. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the station. The spa facilities are amazing with a pool, jacuzzi, onsen, steam and sauna. The massage is one of the best we've ever had! The hotel is also fantastically equipped for children from the bedding in the cot to the play area with soo many toys to the children's pool area with slide and again soo many toys. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, you will not be disappointed!

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!
