This hotel is an outstanding spot. The young staff are lively, friendly and very kind, which made me feel at home instantly. The interiors are so clean and well designed, it truly deserves the name design&lifestyle hotel. It’s a perfect distance from the train station and the main Bahnhofstrasse strip is not far. The food is elegant and impeccable, breakfast has a variety of healthy whole foods. There is an area to socialize and chill out with board games and books and beautiful jazz music, as well as free coffee, tea or any hot drinks and fruits all day long. There are small quirks of the place such as the cuckoo clock and the typewriter at the exit that makes it feel unique, not like any other commercial hotel. The bed is comfortable and warm, the toilet is clean and there is a spa too which was an unexpected surprise. You can get around easily and comfortably here and the ambience and type of people here will impress you. I loved every second I almost wanted to stay in the hotel and not leave to go sightseeing! Comfort reinvented for sure. Best stay in Zermatt for sure ⭐️
