The central 4-star Hotel Indigo - Stratford Upon Avon is a 5-minute walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The hotel offers free WiFi throughout all areas of the hotel. We were at the Hotel Indigo for one night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They accommodated us to ensure we had 2 rooms close together. The rooms were clean and well decorated, breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was pretty central - walking distance to all the attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

The Merrie Lion

The Merrie Lion in Southam features free WiFi and rooms with a flat-screen TV. Stratford-upon-Avon is 36 km from the hotel, while Coventry is 32 km from the property. Contrary to what I expected as I thought it was going to be a room above the pub, it was not. It was a separate purpose built building next to the pub, the room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. We had pets and the room even came with its own small walled yard. Plenty of space for parking the car. The Landlady Daphne is very friendly and welcoming as well as all her staff, and the food at the pub was exquisite! The village is lovely surrounded by beautiful countryside fields. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everyone we interacted with at the Lodges was friendly and courteous making us feel welcomed. The rooms designed with both style and functionality, provided a perfect blend of coziness and comfort, with attention to every tiny detail. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the cozy ambiance made it easy to unwind after a day of exploration. One of the highlights was the fantastic breakfast at the on-site restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed a variety of culinary offerings, from the hot breakfast choices to a buffet of numerous breakfast items. Feldon Lodges offered a perfect retreat in the Cotswolds—beautiful grounds, tranquil surroundings, a golf course view, fantastic breakfast, and rooms designed for ultimate comfort. It's an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful escape in this picturesque part of England.

Beautifully designed interior. Huge bathroom! Complimentary fruit and biscuit was awesome after a lond drive. Central location. 10/10!
