Everything about the hotel was perfect. Gorgeous room (we were kindly upgraded to a stunning room with a sea view and private outdoor hot tub). The pool area was perfect with a stunning sea view and the most incredible sunsets. Not to mention the spectacular private beach. Delicious breakfast served with a large selection, with new treats on rotation daily. The lunch and dinner menu was beyond what you’d expect from average hotel food at very reasonable prices (even for alcoholic beverages). The chef was incredible! But what really tops this place off is the staff - everyone from the hotel manager to the bar & restaurant staff were so kind and attentive. Such lovely people who are devoted to making sure you have the most pleasant stay. You’ll come as strangers and leave as friends. There is just something so magical about this place, it really does bring people together, including other guests. Never been to Naxos before and randomly chose this island on a whim. But will definitely be returning especially for another stay at Akre. Thank you so much 😊

Please if you are celebrating something tell them they will make it extra special for you. Maria went above and beyond for us before during & after our trip. Had a lovely bottle of wine and a beautiful delicious cheese and fruit board waiting for us in our room before entering to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday which was set up prior to our stay. Maria & Alice set everything up for us making our trip incredible! Transportation to and from the hotel was arranged. We absolutely loved our stay here & everything is soooo close. The beaches are 3 minutes away and many to choose from. The breakfast at cosmos was beautiful every morning and served with a smile by Xrysa. The pool was incredibly peaceful and so clean (most the time it was just us at the pool). The maids did an excellent job cleaning the room everyday. I had scheduled the yoga on site stefanos was a lovely instructor we very much enjoyed our practice. Oh and huge bonus. Miss Lilly is a beautiful little pomeranian dog who will greet you and be her cute little self all around the property. She was adorable and sweet! We loved her Thank you for everything!

Sophia was extremely nice and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The ride from the port was an additional convenience. The place is nice, walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants.

Customer service was an absolute highlight and helped us with everything we needed (rides to/from the ferry, car rentals, places to see and eat). Hell I'm sure if we asked for a unicorn they could find one for us. They were also always in a good mood and very attentive. It's right next to the beach with a ton of restaurants nearby and a bus stop right out front in case you want to hop into the city to do some shopping. The pool is also super nice and there's even a gym with free weights. Protip: Use the Plakcafe sunbeds (part of the same resort). You only need to pay for a drink (which c'mon you were gonna get anyways). We made the mistake of wondering around and had to pay for both the sun beds + drinks when they were free ones right on our doorstep.

Location in the heart of Plaka beach is just superb. Beach is beautiful an not crowded as Agios Prokopios or Agios Anna for example. Walking distance to several really good Greek restaurants is very convenient especially for a family. And the buss station just in front of the hotel makes traveling to Naxos Chora or other places super simple.

The hotel was located in a really convenient area near Agia Anna Beach, surrounded by many restaurants. The staff was really friendly and pleasant, and the room was cleaned every day.
