The second employee I would like to mention is Jean Luca : a professional guy, kind, smiling, polite, takes care of every little thing, pays attention to every detail, has initiative, is always interested if everything is okay and offers help. Of course the rest of the staff are wonderful, (Nora from the lobby is charming and smiling) Starting with the cleaning team of the room, lobby, reception! The hotel itself gives a feeling of home in the best sense. The design is lovely - the lobby, the rooms, the shower. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are wonderful!
