The common areas are very well thought out and there is space to read/ play billiard/watch Tv and to enjoy the beautiful outdoor view. The room which we booked was a standard room and was very nice but a bit on the smaller side so there was no desk or chair to work. There was a large outdoor balcony and the bathroom was a good size and all was very comfortable. The Spa and upper terrace area was fantastic! Nice pool and sauna and relax area. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. So many choices alla buffet and in addition even had a menu to chose other items made to order. Compliments! Very nice

The wellness room is an extra bonus, contributing to complete relaxation after a day’s exploration. The breakfast includes a wide assortment of baked goods, jams, freshly cut fruit, charcuterie and cheeses, yogurts and all kinds of toppings you may wish to add. And they prepare eggs and other small breakfast dishes as you wish them, and will bring you your drink of choice freshly made for you (whatever you feel like that day!). We particularly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and friendliness of the hotel managers and other members of their team, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and address any questions or requests with a helpful disposition. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing to be able to stay in Passo Sella overnight once all the hordes of tourists have left for the day and just enjoy the peacefulness and the amazing views. Spa facilities with hot and cold water features were much appreciated after a long day of hiking. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Room was very spacious with a minimalist design. Best of all the staff - I left my watch in the pocket of my robe and didn't realize until the next day after we'd left. Carlotta at the front desk helped arrange for it to be picked up by Fedex and shipped home to me in Canada so I was very happy.

A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so nice. The room was wonderful, every day when they cleaned it they left some chocolates:) The wellness area was amazing and we couldn't be happier to stay thr ere. Definitely recommended and we'll definitely come back!

Great location, the place was super fancy, nice, clean, staff super helpful, the room was huge, clean, fancy, balcony with a pretty view. I was not expecting it to be as great. Breakfast had delicious options, great coffee and orange juice. Easy check in and check out. parking on site. Outdoor and indoor pool with great temperature.

Very good location (especially for skiing). Town center is a few minutes walk away. Bus stop is very close to the hotel. Very good breakfast and dinner (there are options to chose). Good bar. Friendly staff, everything was well organised and clean (room was cleaned every day).

Incredible attentive staff, room overlooking the valley and village below. Great pool and sauna and food was delicious. Initially did not opt for half-board but once we tried dinner the first night, we ended up eating in every night thereafter. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful decorated and the food is also very good. I like the facilities they have out door jacuzzi, indoor steam room, sauna etc.

Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed by the stunning location. The staff displayed exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist, consistently ensuring our stay was flawless. The room was both lavish and cozy, offering a breathtaking view. The culinary experience surpassed all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Hotel Muliac.
