Nice hotel in Goryu only few minutes from Escale Plaza and the Goryu slopes. There is a shuttle one minute away from the hotel which is very convenient. Jon and hotel staff are lovely and they make sure you have everything you need. For breakfast, they alternate each other day between western and Japanese breakfast. Free hot chocolate and coffee all day long!

The room is spacious and has wonderful views. Gorgeous breakfast and dinner, like we are eating at fine dining every meal. 3mins to ski shop and 4 mins to bus terminal, 5mins to Lawson. The hotel has the place to store our ski boots and boards. And of course, they have wonderful onsen, indoor and outdoor! I got there with the Tokyo airport shuttle bus, door to door, completely hassle free!

One of the standout features of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's location right beside the ski slopes, offering unbeatable convenience for our skiing adventures. The culinary delights, particularly the dinners showcasing local cuisine, were a true gastronomic treat, immersing us in the area's rich flavors. What impressed us most, however, was the staff's exceptional hospitality. Their attentiveness and dedication to our comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable. For anyone seeking a delightful stay in Hakuba Tsugaike Kogen, complete with easy access to ski slopes and a taste of local cuisine, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

Located in Otari and with Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area reachable within 2.3 km, 椛 Momiji features ski-to-door access, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.
