Featuring air conditioning, Vila Barca is set in Madalena, within a 10-minute walk from the centre. Free private parking and free WiFi are available. Very welcoming staff and they we able to accommodate our needs very well. Place was very clean and we had everything we needed. We are definitely staying at Vila Barca again next time in Pico!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Mar. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

We were met by the friendly owner who let us in on our arrival. The room was gorgeous, well equipped and perfect for our needs. Great central location, clean and all we needed was provided.

This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and luggage storage space. go there and you won't regret it! the place is heavenly, surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept swimming pool, as well as all the outdoor spaces. in the morning birds and bunnies stroll in the garden, they are wonderful. the room, equipped with a kitchenette, is beautiful and functional, very clean. The breakfast was delicious and rich, with hand made products. but best thing are Anne-Lise and Jeremy: two people of rare kindness. we also had dinner there one evening and it was clearly the best dinner of the whole holiday, superior to any restaurant tried, a starred restaurant dinner! Beautiful location overlooking Sao Roque and across the water to Sao Jorge. The apartment had everything we needed and when the sun was shining we loved the large balcony-patio. From this location, you're close to so many things (assuming you have a car). Our host was amazing before, during, and after our stay, responding by text very quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. She was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen is excellent, and so are the bathroom and beds. Very quiet at night.

Easy to get here even with the local bus and there's parking available as well. Excellent place for starting a hike. I definitely recommend to stay here.
