AP Dona Aninhas is top tier and deserves 5 stars. The wellness area is perfectly laid out, encompassing steam room, heated pool, hot tub, sauna and sensation shower. The restaurant serves fresh, high quality meals and the bar is well stocked. Exceptionally clean in all areas and smells divine. We'll without a doubt stay here when we return to Viana.

La verdad es que tras estar en guimaraes, ponte de lima y valença do minho, no sorprende, un pueblecico más, no encontramos restaurante que sorprendiera, los crepes de la feria sosos, ni monumento específico. Cabe decir que no subimos al castillo, tal vez valga la pena.

Superb location, newly renovated, all mod-cons plus spa access, a good restaurant and an excellent breakfast! JUST GREAT! We came here after trying to access the nearby chalet, Teixeira Home, where the cobble-stone access was so slippery and steep that our car didn't make it there. Despite the fact, that booking and the owner did not wave the cancellation fee (!), we are feeling blessed that we found Aguas do Geres. Located right in the middle of a charming resort town, with other good restaurants around, and amazing nature at our doorstep. A pleasure even in the continuous rain we experienced. We will be back, I hope.

What an excellent and upmarket hotel on the riverfront of Caminha but very affordable and good value for money. Hotel has excellent amenities with well appointed and comfortable spacious neat and clean rooms - spectacular common areas, very friendly and helpful staff. I can highly recommend this hotel.
