The hotel had a plethora of food, drink, and pool options. It caters to everyone including children. The room service was great for the nights spent indoors. The entertainment was superb and the overall staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

We came here after sudden change of plans and having a not so great experience in another location. We stayed at low-mid-high end accommodation during our travel and this one was the high end. It was definitely an expensive stay but everything was perfect and even over the top. We felt safe and cared for at all times and all the staff was absolutely great. It was definitely relaxing not having to worry about anything at all. It was quiet and calm everywhere but we did feel a bit young (if i may say so myself) compared to the rest of the crowd, parents with children mainly or older couples. It’s not a bad thing at all but it was definitely not a “party/fun” type of stay. However they do have live entertainment on specific days of the week and even a DJ. Only mentioning this as we stayed at a very different place before this that was way more lively. Overall a relaxing experience and great location for visiting pigeon island and snorkeling.

The staff were absolutely amazing , they were extremely accomodating and friendly . They made my friend feel really special on her 30th birthday. I couldn't praise the staff here enough , the bar staff were particularly great ( Kevin especially ! ) I highly recommend the strawberry margaritas ;) The location is really great too , it's extremely close to Reduit beach is very close to here , I would say if visiting go to the less touristy end of the beach for a more authentic vibe .

Beautiful property and extra friendly staff! The food was wonderful - Charlie - one of the resort’s drivers and John the gentleman who was supporting guest arrivals in the lobby made our experience! Charlie went above and beyond for us. Really made us feel special and taken care of, thank you!
