I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.

Rooms are just perfect. Food is prepared well by Babu the owner “breakfast village” also location is just perfect beachfront and you can enjoy the colorful sky on 🌅 sunset. Its my always fav. They've really set the benchmark high. I was simply blown away by the service staff. Made me feel at home! Fantastic property.. maintained so well , the lawns were beautiful to take a scroll in every day. Bicycles were bonus! Rooms were so so spacious and super clean. Food was mouth watering and delicious. This was amongst my top trips thus far. Definately pay this place a visit!

Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We got their suite. Very comfortable and excellent amenities. Had very nice bkfst and access to club for 1100 to 1900 with food after 1700 The pool and fitness area were well equipped and clean w good hours. Super friendly staff
