The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was humble and friendly. The food was exquisite and the portions were adequate. We loved the calm and quiet environment and the Rabbits made it better 😍. The best thing about the place is they have wheelchair accessibility, so my sister was able to have a great time during the stay.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Dickman Resort "The Boutique Hotel", an adult-only property, is located just 150 meters from the scenic Negombo Beach. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. Dickman resort is a real gem in Negombo. Beautifully designed garden and amazing rooms. We stayed in the Mango suite which was absolutely the nicest we have stayed in in Sri Lanka. (all rooms have different themes) Biggest, most comfortable bed, coffee machine, large TV with movie channel, lovely shower and good wifi... The pool outside the door was lovely and the sunbeds comfortable. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and very service minded. The breakfast is not good. 100 m away was the beach promenade with all the hustle and bustle, but at the resort it was quiet and nice. We will choose this hotel more times.

Excellent place specially if you want to do a stopover close to the airport (30 minutes by tuk tuk).Sri, the owner is very nice and he even let me leave some luggage with clothes while I am away traveling. There are a lot of nice restaurants around the hotel with a good variety of food and the beach is like a 3-5 minute walk. Will stay here again definitely. :)

The property have good tasty dinner food (Chicken devel, fried rice) and calm place no issues with staff work in there and we went late to there and they welcome us warmly and let us use pool in night also.
