Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. My partner and I spent almost 3 weeks in Zanzibar in January 2022. We have stayed at 4 different areas of the island, in 5 different hotels, Jambiani Villa being the second one, for 4 nights. Jambiani itself is a quiet fishing village with only a few hotels, guesthouses and restaurants. Right after we booked this accommodation we knew we made the right choice just by the way the hotel communicated with us. Prior our arrival we received the most detailed information about the Villas and the village, and received valuable tips and hits for traveling to Zanzibar in general. The Jambiani Villas are located in 3 properties. We stayed in the main building, called Katikati, in one of the apartments (Iliki) on the top floor, facing the outdoor pool and the ocean. Even though it was right above the restaurant, neither the smell, nor the noise (if there was any) could be felt or heard in our room. Our apartment had a very spacious and clean room with comfortable king size bed, air-conditioning, desk, sofa, TV, etc., spacious and really nice bath, a full kitchen with fridge and a large balcony. Finding European plugs in the room were a nice surprise. :) Wifi always worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast is wonderful. I loved the fresh guacamole and the home made jam! At the beginning I was a little worried that having a restaurant onsite is going to be busy and noise, but not at all. It was actually very quiet, and it came handy that we could have lunch and/or dinner on site whenever we wanted to. The outdoor area is small, but clean, tidy and comfortable. The extremely kind, warm and helpful staff, along with the amazing efficient and professional management team made our stay really memorable. Located in Jambiani, Amka Villa Issa House features a restaurant and direct beach access. The large terrace offers Indian Ocean views and there is free WiFi throughout the property. Amka house has two properties, the one pictured and another just down on the beach. We were at the second one and it was so lovely. The bed was comfortable, the only sound at night time was the sound of the sea. Breakfast was lovely and served on the terrace and the place was kept very clean and tidy. Issa was an excellent host, helping to sort out trips/transport or answer any questions, his taxi prices were the cheapest and his recommendations of places to visit were always great. Amka house is basic, but for the money it is excellent value, great location and very clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

Featuring a private beach area and views of sea, RoRi Private Luxury Villas is a recently renovated villa located in Bwejuu, a few steps from Bwejuu Beach. We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

Set in Bwejuu, Sand Beach Boutique Villas offers a balcony with pool and garden views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, beauty services and open-air bath. I liked how the place was always clean and neat. Great food and staffs. We felt so welcomed me and my daughter. The environment is friendly for family, couple and single travelers too. Worth every penny and more.

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Last year we had already stayed in another villa within the same estate, and we saw that beautiful villa very well maintained, and this year we decided to spend the weekend here. What to say! exactly as we imagined. Exceptional cleanliness, attention and care from the impeccable staff, kindness of the owner. We felt pampered and appreciated.
