New apartment, new buildong, well located relative to the University of Aveiro, where I presented at a conference. The building is one of many around anpark. There's a bakery and a supermarket behind the building, and a nice pizza and sandwich place a block from it. Also, it's close to the center of Aveiro. The host, Viriginia was friendly and explained thoroghly everything about thr apartment. She went above and beyond to make my stay great. For instance, she lent me a plug adaptor at thr last minute because Inforgot to bring one to my trip to Europe from thr States.

We were surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment and the level of maintenance, it seemed as if we were the first to live there. We came for work purposes and we were in the apartment quite a lot for work, the apartment was spacious and pleasant to stay in. A large and comfortable desk for work, a large bathroom, and a small kitchenette are just perfect. On the last day, we asked to check out later, the owner checked with the other reservations and allowed us to leave whenever we wanted. Breakfast is another bonus to all of that.

Really lovely and spacious room. An easy 10 min walk from train/bus station and a nice 10 min walk into the city centre. Our host was amazing to communicate with, very responsive, gave very clear instructions for check in with photos. They also noticed it was mine and my sister's bday on our passport and left a handwritten bday card in our room! Access to washing machine (and washing powder!), a really big, modern bathroom, TV with English speaking channels which was a nice surprise. Would absolutely recommend staying here if visiting Aveiro. Thank you!

I love that the entire apartment was very sunlit and thought it was super modern and clean. Also great quiet location with a lot of good restaurants nearby to choose from.
