I recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Madrid. The host Mr. Christian was helpful and made us feel home away from home. He is professional and exceeds our expectation by his approach and service. I will definitely come back in the future. The Hostel is in Gran Via and close to all the restaurants and shopping center.

We needed assistance getting into the apartment with the virtual key and the 24/7 customer service helped us immediately. Would definitely stay again. There was some noise in the square, but as previously mentioned to be expected.

Many restaurants nearby. Close to very good transport as well. Very helpful, nice and very good English speaking staff. Although we only washed and slept, there was a complete kitchenette and effective air conditioner.

Of course, since the location is central, expect that there would be a lot of people in the area. Apartment: We booked the 2-bedroom apartment and it's quite spacious. There are 2 bathrooms, which is good especially if there are 4 or 5 people staying in the apartment. Towels and toiletries are provided, and the kitchen has appliances, and clean plates and utensils that can be used during your stay. Water pressure is very good. Reception: The front desk was nice and helpful, very accommodating in answering questions. They're also quick to respond to online messages. Price: Reasonable considering how nice the apartment is and its location.
