The unit is on the ground floor of a house, not a basement which made it an amazing find. The windows face the backyard which made it feel a little extra private and cozy. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed cuz we prefer to cook our own meals when we travel, so it was important for us. Big and comfortable bed is an extra plus. A nice extra touch were the complementary sweet and savory snacks and bottles water, which was very welcoming after a long trip. The house is in a very lovely neighborhood in Vancouver with public transport availability within walking distance.

We had a really great stay here and Kim was an exceptional host and always at hand to help us with anything we needed! We had a car so it was great to have free parking available to us, we didn't make use of any public transport so not sure how convenient it is from the apartment, but you are not too far from downtown or North Vancouver. We had everything we needed and apartment was nice and warm during the winter! Any issues we did have were quickly and resolved thoroughly, so we were very happy with our stay overall, thanks again Kim!

Lee and her husband are great hosts. They are friendly and respectful. The room is spacious and I have never been to such a clean accommodation. I only took the bus, which takes approx 30 mins to downtown. I can absolutely recommend!

Fully featured kitchen is great when you have a long stay and don’t want to eat out. Even though it’s app based the staff are very attentive and guest services arrived at my room quickly when I had an issue, and resolved it quickly and professionally. All in all a fantastic stay.
