This is a great little hotel for family or business travelers. I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

The lovely old building and its beautiful setting, the wonderful breakfast, the gardens, the swimming pool... but above and beyond all of this are the warm and welcoming people who are at the heart of Les Carmes. They make you feel right at home. We were sorry to have missed Pascal this year, but Minna's and Marion's presence certainly made up for it. The apero à 19h was a success thanks to them.
