Key retrieval process was precise and clear, bed was really comfortable, bathroom very clean. Localization is great, really close to Metro station, bus stop in front of front door. Shops, cafeterias and restaurants are available nearby It’s really close to Retiro Park and City Center by foot. Internet connection is definitely sufficient

Lovely house with car parking place, great communication with the house owner and they are friendly to us, the location is great just besides the high speed road.

If you are looking for "Insta" place with new equipment you should look for something more expensive. But if you need calm, quiet room - this place is perfect for you. You can go here straight from the airport with the bus 203 (cost- 5 EUR). Building is located in the city center so all most popular museums and places are located about 20 minutes by walk. Near apartment you will find many bars, clubs and cheap supermarkets (Dia, Carrefour...). In the building there are two elevators- you should use the interior one. The room is quite small but there is a huge wardrobe and tiny desk with whiteboard (useful for planning your trips). The bed is really comfortable and towels are extra big. The owner is super nice (she speaks mainly Spanish so better to use translator for communication/but her son speaks English so also no problems). Kitchen and bathroom are not new but really well equipped, you share this space with the owner but you can feel like at home. I was surprised that there is no separate key to the room but it is not needed as there is only one room for rent in the apartment so no need to worry about your belongings. I really recommend this place. Thank you for hosting me. It was great <3

I had one overnight in Madrid and was flying out early the next day. I have usually stayed in airport hotels, but its horrible, especially with kids, so decided to try something new. This was 15 min away with taxi, super close and easy to get there, and a whole other experience. we stayed in one of the little cabins, it had a little kitchen which was great for me as I have a baby. there was a park for kids to play in. and just in general it was a beautiful place. Staff were also excellent, so friendly and so helpful !

The bathroom looked very good, clean and there was free shampoo. The owner waited for us in front of the building.

The room was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room a pleasant temperature during the summer heat wave. The facilities were perfectly sufficient and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a quiet location with excellent access as there is a metro station very close.
