Everything was great as you should expect from the chain of Ibis. Minimalistic, cozy, small room. Great view though. At first the wifi in the room wasn't working, but the staff repaired it immediately.

Love the location. The rooms are great size and spacious and cleaned. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful from housekeeping staff to front desk Mr. Jad was so helpful.

We did not do breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. I stayed with my family. We don't have any problem.

Ms. Lara, Ms. Jessica and the very warm and friendly concierge staff are assets of the company. They should be given proper credits for their warmth and attentiveness in addressing the needs of their guests. Room space is big Mattress and pillows were comfortable and relaxing Shower room and the bath tub are spacious Swimming pool had a good water temperature and clean Jakuzi and sauna were functioning well Internet connection was good in the lobby
