Spotlessly clean! That was the first thing we noticed.
Mary was very accommodating with the early check in and super helpful with everything.
David, who was taking care of the breakfast, is most friendly and gave us a few tips about the area.
All in all — great place, lots of fresh air, wonderful breakfast, would absolutely recommend!

Everything ! Mary was the perfect host, she was extremely nice, she helped us go to the cliff, she asked a lot of questions, she pampered us and was very accommodating.
The localisation was spot on if you are interested in doing the Cilffs of Moher's walk.
It is a real immersion into a perfect Irish cottage, that is also very clean. Thank you again Mary !

This was a great stop between Galway and Limerick. I wanted to stay to have more time at the Cliffs of Moher as well. It is close. Also, you can walk to Doolin from the hotel and there is a beautiful walk up the hill from town.
The staff was wonderful. We felt very welcomed and at home. They left us a handwritten note on arrival.
They have great bathroom products and natural/local items available in the room and for purchase.
The food is also amazing! It is nice they include a breakfast. And it is not just any breakfast, it is great! Very happy and highly recommend this stay for multiple reasons.

We have been traveling from Dublin, and after a long day at the cliffs of Moher, it was such a treat to arrive to some local hospitality and definitely the best dinner we have had since arriving in Ireland.
Wonderful staff, comfortable stay, and would definitely remember this little gem!

It’s a charming little village …..with a beautiful /charming restaurant called “Vaughans” A little bit more expensive than the usual ……but so well worth it ……could not recommend this restaurant highly enough . Staff so lovely. It’s an experience. Please go there.

Liscannor is a perfect spot. Everything is on your doorstep and is somewhat quieter then Lahimch. There are a few bars and places to eat but there is nothing better to just sit down and enjoy a few pints with the most friendly people after a day of walking over the magnificent Cliffs on Moher or indeed any of the other major attractions in ClarePhilip - 8.0Scored 8.0
The Cottage was cozy, we had a slight mishap with getting...
The Cottage was cozy, we had a slight mishap with getting into the cottage on arrival, but within half an hour we were helped into the cottage. You get glimpses of the stunning ocean view from the kitchen and upstairs. The sliding door needs a little attention as it was very difficult to open, to such an extent that we just used the other door. The 2 rooms are cozy and spacious, not much room for clothing though and the wardropes was a little wobbly, as it would keep falling of the rails when you open them. There is only 1 shower and toilet in the cottage, on the ground floor, which is not great for going to the toilet at night, so just a heads-up for the elderly or folks with younger kids. The overall layout is very clever and neat. It was spotless and very cozy, once you left the property you have breathtaking views of the ocean. No shops or amenities that we could find that is in short walking distance, but close enough to get to with a car. Very quick to get to the cliffs of moher, which was the highlight of the trip, unfortunately the weather was not very pleasant, but still worth the trip. Liscannor is a small village with a a couple of Pubs and of course the Anchor Inn - a great place to stay and eat. It is an ideal base to explore Clare and to visit nearby Lahinch and of course the Cliffs of Moher. We had the bikes and cycling in the area is relatively safe and a great way to see the local scenery. The Rock Shop is well worth a visit for either gifts or a coffee and snack.TonyIreland - 8.0Scored 8.0

Liscannor is very convenient for the Cliffs of Moher. You can start a cliff walk from there or go to Geuiran’s Path for a shorter walk. €5 per adult entry to the car park is excellent value. Have coffee in the Rock cafe after. Fabulous food and location.RachelIreland - 8.0Scored 8.0

Liscannor is a lovely little spot . We had lunch in hotel and it was lovely. Covid restrictions in place .petrol station had no sanitisers but staff were lovely . The public house beside where we stayed Joseph mchugh is a disaster. No social distancing at all for the locals . They stand at the bar drinking and no a sign of a toasted sandwich. Did not feel safe in there at all . Finished our food and left . We were refused a drink during to restrictions but the locals drank like a normal Saturday night . No masks on staff after 10 30 . This place lowers the tone of a beautiful place . The best place to eat is Vaughan anchor Inn. Omg fine dining in an amazing setting. Covid rules adhered to %100 . Food was amazing and staff very helpful.AAnonymousIreland

We arrived very late but had all the information we needed prior to access our room. The bed and sheets were also heavenly after a long day! Probably the most comfortable accommodation we've had in Ireland. Great location and our hosts were extremely helpful from accessing the home to departure. The breakfast was also a great touch and the place is so beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable here. The hosts were helpful in providing local knowledge and tips and tricks!
