the staff are amazing, the lobby very big, the rooms and toilet are big and spacious, with small balcony, the location is super quite and the rooms have good soundproofing as well. behind the hotel it's good place to walk as well . and the staff they helped me a lot when i asked about directions and locations, and they kept my bags for 1 day until i returned at night for check out. the price is great for what they offer , so it's a good deal anyway

Perfect when wanting to stay close to Don Mueang airport. Only 138 baht taxi using Bolt. Everything you need at the house. It is homestay but it feels so comfy and you are very welcome there 10/10 for personal and helpful service.
Early checkout at 11am but we went out to sightsee anyway,
The whole place is clean, clean, clean and very comfortable.
Not easy to find unless you follow Google maps as it is in a gated, residential soi of smart 3 storey townhouses. No large signage.
It has a shared kitchen so if hungry, take some food or order as we did from Grab. The nearest 7-11 is 700m.
Would definitely stay again !!!
