Sve je super od lokacije, uređenja, osoblje, koncepta smještaja. Koncept smještaja je super, opuštenost i dostupnost svih sadržaja. Možeš koristit louge, kuhinju, bazen… hladnjak. Sve ti je dostupno i to 24sata na dan. Osoblje pogotovo je bio jako uslužan, prezentirao nam je cijeli grad, objasnio nam je sve na mapi grada koju nam je dao. Posvetio nam se oko svega i oko izleta u Toledo, za koji nam je pomogao kupiti karte od vlaka što i nije baš jednostavno. Stvarno jako lijepo iskustvo!!!

The stuff was great, everything was fantastic, especially the bed and how quiet the place was.We had some great sleeps there. First day we had an issue with the shower, the water was not going down the sewers but when we told them it was fixed very very fast. The location is perfect for everything. We were very happy with the hospitality in Madrid in general. And also coffee is very hard to find a good one in the shops, but in the reception they had a machine and iyou could have a very good coffee from there.

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

Very warm reception, very clean, great location in Malasaña with lots of restaurants around, amazing value, it was very easy to leave luggage after checkout, very easy to change booking dates. This was our second time staying here, perfect base for discovering Madrid.

Great location, right next to Gran Via, so you get everywhere pretty quick. The room was really clean, and they came and cleaned it up every day when we were gone. Room had everything it needed and no noise was heard from the street even though it was full of people.

Great location, we never had to use the metro. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Modern and spotlessly clean rooms. Also, the staff was very helpful. Couldn't have hoped for something better.
