Utterly blown away by the attention to detail and lengths gone within the rooms to dater for guests every need. Refreshing to see no expense spared for the sake of comfort. Such an overwhelmingly positive and friendly experience that should I ever return to Torquay then there'd no doubt as to where I'd stay. Bravo from a former hotelier.

What a fantastic find!! Spotless, homely, welcoming and great location with parking included! Great shower in the brand new bathroom, stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc. Bed very comfortable and room very spacious. Kitchen area is stocked up and again, spotless!! 10/10 for the Flamingo, will definitely be back!!

The wonderful Breakfast, which is pre-ordered the night before, is to my mind, a great way to get what you want. The location is superb, it took us 14 minutes to get to the promenade.

The location is just perfect for lovely walks on the Downs and there is a bus stop nearby for going shopping if the weather is not good.Tom is such a friendly guy and nothing is a bother to him. Lovely views to wake up to every morning.

Both Paul and Kirsti were great hosts. They could not do enough for you. The room was clean, the facilities great, the food first class and the position of the guest house just a short walk from a bus stop. On our next visit to Torbay Babbacombe Palms will be the place we stay.

Everything! It was very clean, the hosts were lovely and a fab cooked breakfast, there was cereal, fruit salad and yogurts....plenty of everything! I would highly recommend this B&B.

It was very clean and quiet. Great location to beach and town centre. Literally a 10 minute walk, and while homeward bound is a little up hill l, it’s not that bad. Also a great little pub across the road that does good meals. The ensuite room is on the 3rd floor, but not a big deal, unless you wanted to drag suitcases up. We just took up what we needed for the night. Bed was so fluffy and comfortable, we slept in. Both the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely couple that are doing a great job of hosting. Even though there is no fridge in room, they have one on the landing for guest use.
