the host keeps this property is tip top shape and adds many little details to make our stay exceptional like room in the common fridge by room number and real milk for our coffee, stored by room number. the garden and patio were handy for breakfasts and evenings.

The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The hosts were very responsive and attentive to our needs. Check-in was very easy and the hosts were ready to help when needed. Definitely recommend to stay here when visiting York!

Clear and easy to follow check in instructions, along with free parking close by. Everything I needed in a room also a good fan was provided as it was a warm evening. Delicious breakfast with friendly hosts.
