Putu and Ketut did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible - they took care of everything we needed: scooter rental, laundry, boat tickets, transport to the port. It’s very clean, the garden looks lovely, and it’s right on the beach. You kind of have a private beach, it’s black sand and very clear water, beach beds are provided in front of the guesthouse and there is a cute swing. Even in the rooms in the back, you can hear the ocean waves at night. On the terrace, there is a table where breakfast is served and a small bed to relax. They make very good coffee. And the breakfast itself is very good as well (we had eggs and toast and pancakes and fruit). We can also recommend to take a private snorkel trip, the price is very fair and you can take your time (be sure to protect properly against sun burn). Other very affordable and local restaurants that we loved were Warung Amsha (a 5 minute walk on the beach) and Warung Ole. Almost forgot to mention, the bathroom is very spacious and the shower is good 😊

Staff was amazing. Snorkelling in front of the hotel was fantastic. The Dutch owners were very friendly and focussed on helping the local community (drilling well and giving away free drinking water) and have written a book on plastic waste and the problems it causes.

This accommodation is exceptional for its location by the beach. After a few meters of swimming, you immediately see corals and many fish, turtles, and ninja shrimp under the water. You can snorkel all day and still see something new. The staff is very accommodating, friendly. The breakfasts are excellent. Beautiful clean pool. Beautiful tropical garden. The resort is small, but perfectly adequate. The journey from the hotel to Dempasar was also excellent. We had a stop at the rice fields. Beautiful Balinese nature in the rainy season.

Had to very lovely nights here! The room was extremely clean, big and lots of light coming in. The bed was huge, a bit loud but still very comfortable. The family that owns the homestay is super friendly and help with everything. The location couldn’t have been better: directly at the beach so you could enjoy your (very delicious!!) breakfast with seaside and watch the fisherman in the morning. The room even had a fridge and there was hot water in the shower!

This hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best places where we have ever spent our holidays. It was by far the best hotel in Bali. The hotel is undergoing expansion and therefore part of it is under construction, but we do not felt that this was disturbing our holidays in any way. The workers are simple and kind people who will always be in our hearts! From their friendliness, to their availability, they are all wonderful and they constantly had a smile for us. We shared that we were going to do the diving course nearby so they always had a free snack ready for us when we got back from the course. On one of the nights they even made a free dinner for us. In addition to all these positive points, the rooms are very beautiful and with a very characteristic design. But without a doubt, the highlight of this hotel is its location on the beachfront. Just go through a gate and you have your feet in the sand. We had the magical opportunity to see the sunrise and sunset from the beach every day. It was really hard for us to leave this place. Never anywhere in the world (we travel often) made us feel so welcome. When we return to Bali we will return to this hotel in which we were so happy.

Very new and clean. Smelled totally fine after we threw out the moth balls or whatever that was stinking up the place haha. Bed was very comfy, breakfast was quite good, price is awsome. Amazing Mt. Agung view!!
