Great location in the center of Catania right next to the old theatre building. The room was spacious, neat and clean. Bathroom was good, very good water pressure in the shower, just keep in mind that you need to switch on the water heater yourself upon arrival. The shared fully equipped kitchen is a bonus and the shared spacious terrace is perfect for breakfast and winding down after a day of touristing around. The owners were very friendly and helpful, would definitely come back here again whenever we’re back in Catania.

Nice view of the city including of Etna! Great central location convenient to bus and metro stops, a nice grocery store, many restaurants and the main shopping area. Good lighting options, excellent responsiveness on WhatsApp, VERY clean and new facilities, sheets, towels, and nice bathroom. I appreciated the TV, desk, comfortable chairs, armoire, and mini-fridge! Also LOVED the keyless entry into the building, the hotel, and the room and not having to carry or figure out a bunch of different keys as I've done at other places in Catania. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. Big windows. Enjoyed the balcony. Appreciated the A/C. They will have a spa soon it seems and that will be so nice!

The apartment is really nice, very clean and spacious. Not a speck of dust to be found. The bed was very comfortable. There is a desk in the room, a nice closet. The bathroom was perfect, lots of hot water and excellent pressure. Dario the owner is very nice and personable. He was very helpful with good advice. When I mentioned to him that I am celiac he sent me a list of restaurants where I could eat. I could also use the kitchen, the washing machine. There is a supermarket in front. You can easily walk to the historic center. The walk from the train and bus station is about 20 minutes. 2 blocks away is a very beautiful part of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this authentic place in the heart of Catania. The room was spacious with high ceilings and beautiful paintings, giving it a unique charm. The staff and the owner were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home. Loredana, in particular, was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing. I highly recommend this venue for anyone visiting Catania.
