The location is fantastic, just hundreds of meters from Piazza San. Marco, the building is 200 year old with typical Venetian style and with good quality. Its staffs are kind and helpful.

An amazing hotel with great ambience and beautiful interior. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was nicely furnished and spacious. Very comfortable bed and shower) The location is perfect, right in the centre, but quite quiet. Definitely would like to come back!

very beautiful old building with a lot of character. very good location and the staff is very nice. will definitely book again when back in Venice. The breakfast was also divine and the room was lovely with that historic furniture. th only thing to keep in mind, as it is an old building, is that there is a lot of stairs.

It was very close to the train station. We found the location easily. The hostess was warm and welcoming and available should we have further requirements. I would highly recommend this accommodation. The fridge and coffee maker were handy. Umbrellas are available in case of rain.

Elia and his team provided great service from check-in to check-out. When we arrived in Venice they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. And when we left they arranged a water taxi to drop us at the airport. Elia was able to provide a list of some restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel and the rooms have been renovated and look very modern, compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for accommodations in Venice.
