Fantastisk beliggenhet veldig nærme San Marco plssen og Doge palasset med Sukkenes bro. Ikke langt å gå til Rialto broen over Grande kanalen og heller ikke langt til Hard Rock Cafe som har en flott beliggenhet. Butikker av alle slag over alt, restauranter og kafeer i alle tenkelig og utetenkelige gater og smug. Veldig hyggelig personale, pen venetiansk stil på rommet som var rene og velutstyrte, med hårføne, strykejern, tøfler og hygieneartikler. Liten, men veldig god frokostbuffet. Ingen hotellresepsjon her. En må låse seg inn selv dersom en ankommer sent. Men ikke vanskelig å finne med Google maps. Inngangsdør ganske anonym inn i en smal gate, men er merket med navnet på hotellet. Gondoltur avgang/innkomst rett utenfor døren😊

It is a nice small hotel with a great location. Close to the bus station as well as super easy to access central Venice. The staff was great and really did everything to provide the best experience.

very beautiful old building with a lot of character. very good location and the staff is very nice. will definitely book again when back in Venice. The breakfast was also divine and the room was lovely with that historic furniture. th only thing to keep in mind, as it is an old building, is that there is a lot of stairs.

The place is newly opened, everything is done with a good modern taste. The room has everything you need. But the most amazing are the views.

The location is great, big room and very clean. There is no reception, so I've coordinate by whatsapp with Lucia, which is very nice and lovely.

Elia and his team provided great service from check-in to check-out. When we arrived in Venice they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the train station. And when we left they arranged a water taxi to drop us at the airport. Elia was able to provide a list of some restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel and the rooms have been renovated and look very modern, compared to other hotels in Venice. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for accommodations in Venice.
