Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach.

The old city is 200 meters from the guesthouse, while the beach is only 5 minutes walking. From the airport it takes 30 minutes by tram (stop at Durandy station and then it's 5 minutes walking) Location is excellent. A lot of the tourist spots are within walking distance. Those that weren't were easily accessible with the nearby tram. Upon check-in, the host gave a quick tour of the place as well as a walk through of the rules and overall made sure I knew where I can get the things I needed etc. They had a compilation of information that's very helpful for tourists. I also appreciated the towel provided for each guest and a small fan for every bed. They've done a good job to anticipate the guests' needs and made sure all those are well provided for. All the other guests were polite and mindful of each other's comfort which I think was made possible by the system / organisation that the hostel has. Lastly, it was a very sweet gesture to provide guests with free breakfast which was more than enough as a meal (plus their homemade dessert was fantastic!)

The traditional restaurant at the guest house specialises in French cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. Great little cosy place by the sea. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was really accommodating and polite. Great view of the sea from the balcony. I highly recommend this place and also their restaurant! Try it!

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Excellent room, clean, air con. Nice shower and excellent quality furnishings and linen. The pool and seating are private and enjoyable. The hot tub was hot ! And high quality. The breakfast had alot of choices. Secure onsite parking, just below our room. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating.

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

At Le rêve bleu each room is fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. the owners were very kind and very welcoming. they were also very helpful and flexible on time giving us great availability. the room is equipped with everything and is very very nice, it also has a beautiful covered veranda. chosen for the location near Nice it was very convenient and if we were to return to the area we will definitely return.

The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house features quiet street views and a sun terrace. A fabulous ‘petite’ hotel that has been beautifully renovated with some really nice design details . Rooms are spacious and comfortable . Location is perfect in a most stunning small town . Car park was only 3 minutes walk away …and free . We had a nice breakfast outside in narrow lane beside hotel . Would love to come back and stay longer .

La maison aux bonsais features some rooms with sea views, and every room has a kettle. At the accommodation, all suites come with a living room. The room was perfect! Clean, cozy and full equipped. Luc was so thoughtful especially preparing the room for us, since we were in our honeymoon. He also booked us a table at La Colombe d’Or, the town’s famous restaurant and we loved our meal! Breakfast was amazing, best croissant and pain au chocolat we ever had (Luc dropped them everyday in our window). Michel (Luc’s son) was very helpful, he gave us many tios and went to the town’s entrance to pick us up and show us the parking lot.
