I was impressed with the level of quality of everything in the room for the price of the room. They really chose the best of everything. The bathroom and shower were heavenly. The restaurant was good, the breakfast was unbelievable. Service was excellent. All in all, super impressed with the place, that felt like a 4 star hotel right after refurbishment. We'll be back

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were also very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again if back in the area and recommend to others.

The accommodation features a housekeeping service and private check-in and check-out for guests. The decor and space in the house was fantastic and surprising. There were no staff on site but that made the place feel like an apartment rather than a hotel.

They were very helpful and made certain we had everything we needed. The bedroom and ensuite were heavily decorated with interesting items gathered during travels by the owners.

It is set 1.8 km from Lekerock Cove Beach and offers private check-in and check-out. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We received a warm welcome from Maz and Simon and we were allocated a garden freestanding free standing room with ensuite. Everything was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Highly recommend.

The guest house features family rooms. The rooms are simply great. The person that arrange the hotel had a great taste and feeling for what is nice and cosy. The kitchen is full blown and very good equipped. We basically cooked there our dinner. All for a great breakfast is around, only get some ground coffee if you prefer to use the french press over the UK standard instant coffee. And if you need any tips what to do, ask any of the staff. The two ladies are pretty awesome and thanks to them we visited several sites in Cornwall we would have sure missed (thanks again to Nik!).

Had an amazing stay here complemented by the wonderful owners Margaret and Martin who greeted us with the warmest welcome, they made us feel so at home and the attention to details throughout our stay was so lovely! The breakfast every morning was exceptional and some mornings we enjoyed this whilst sat outside with the most stunning view of the sea, couldn’t recommend staying here enough! We will sure be back when visiting Cornwall ☺️

Guests staying at this guest house have access to a patio. The guest house offers garden views and a sun terrace. Beautiful location. Richard and Julie were both very nice and made our stay very comfortable. the food is delicious and very very good. Julie’s cooking and the organic choices were excellent. the surrounding cattle pastures and farm lands are gorgeous
