The owner welcomed me when I arrived late in the evening , tired from the west highland way, and was very kind and warm! He was helpful and patient even though it was pretty late. The room was decorated so special, and had everything I needed for a good night sleep. The shower is great. The location is close to the WHW trail and was the best choice. Very close to a pub and a coffee place. I would stay there again.

Situated next to Balloch Rail Station, Tullie Inn offers comfortable accommodation 1 mile from Alexandria town centre. We had such a fabulous stay at the Tullie Inn! Great room with friendly service from both the reception and restaurant. We stayed in a family room with our two teenage daughters and really appreciated having the extra room attached, even with its own desk and tv. Clean rooms with lots of space, comfy beds and bedding, and a well-stocked coffee/tea station. Beautiful large bathroom with a really nice tub and shower (separate), as well as lovely soap/lotion and thick towels. We were also thankful for a great continental breakfast with fresh juices, delicious pastries and bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It’s also very conveniently located right by the train station (which was actually very quiet).

On the east shore of Loch Lomond, this award-winning family-run country inn is constructed from locally quarried slate and offers a perfect tranquil location for a romantic or relaxing break. Everything was perfect. Amazing place and location for hiking and exploring the beautifull nature. The food in the restaurant was great.

Forty Winks Loch Lomond er gististaður í Balloch, 27 km frá Glasgow Botanic Gardens og 28 km frá Mugdock Country Park. Gististaðurinn er með garðútsýni. In short, the place was really amazing! Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the room was really nice and pleasant. Would recommend and would come again.

Norwood Guesthouse-Loch Lomond er gististaður í Balloch, 27 km frá Mugdock Country Park og 27 km frá Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. This was a great place to stay in a very cute, small town. It's also within walking distance to a few restaurants, and practically right next to the Loch. It's very easy to access Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park from here. We would absolutely stay here again.
