Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Situated in Sunderland, within 1.5 km of Seaham Beach and 6.5 km of Stadium of Light, Albion Boutique Guest House features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. Property was nice, good location for what we needed. Spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and accommodating! Loads of towels and bedding.

It is situated 16 km from Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art and provides luggage storage space. Sage Gateshead is 16 km from the guest house and Theatre Royal is 17 km away. The accommodation was very central to everything. The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We got an early check-in which was great as we'd been travelling from the night before.

The property features inner courtyard views and is 7.1 km from Newcastle Train Station and 7.7 km from St James' Park. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. Good location for an event we were attending at the Rugby Club. Very secure with coded entrance and key safe box. Spacious room, clean and comfy with towels and linen provided. Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

Less than 10 minutes’ walk from South Shields’ beach and Ocean Beach Pleasure Park, this 3-star guest house offers free Wi-Fi access. South Shields Metro Station is also within a 10-minute walk of Beechwood Guest House. I had a the most pleasant stay at Beechwood Guesthouse and Rez, who runs the property, has been extremely helpful looking after us and making this an excellent holiday. The cooked breakfast served was absolutely fabulous and extremely delicious. All in all I would strongly recommend this place to everyone as there are only six roms available which means it does not get crowded and consequently you can have a very relaxing holiday. I will most definitely come back and stay in this lovely place.
