Van der Stel Manor is situated in a residential area, 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Stellenbosch. The restored Cape Dutch home features a garden and outdoor pool. The room was extremely modern, clean and spacious and the manor by itself had and comfy feeling and made us feel at home. The staff (escorted petro) were very kind and they even helped my wife surprise me with a birthday cake. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

Boasting a splendid setting between mountains and sea, this charming Provençal style guesthouse is set in the historic town centre of Hermanus, overlooking the picturesque Old Harbour. Tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable pillows and bedding. Clean bathroom, nice shower products. Great location and accommodating overall. Also had an inverter for loadshedding.Did not get to spend enough time here. Next time I come I will take some of the complimentary sherry and brandy from the lobby bar.

This may have been the best property I have visited in over 40 years. Staff made you feel like family. Everything was tended to immaculately. Large, spacious, historic property.

We just needed a place for the night, and this was perfect which is very close to the Tygerberg mall. Very clean and instructions for our late night arrival was great. I highly recommend this place.

Objekat 1 Royal Street Guesthouse se nalazi u gradu Riebeek-Kasteel, na 24 km od znamenitosti Malmesbury Golf Club, a nudi bazen na otvorenom, vrt i pogled na planinu. Fantastic location, beautiful decor and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The host Antonio was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
