It’s not far from the train station. About 15 minutes walking straight up the Rue du Congrès. The apartment is fairly small, but we (my wife and I) always planned to be almost the whole day outside. So, we only used it to sleep over. I’d say it requires a pros & cons assessment from each person/group, depending on their travel plans.

To me, the place is more of a B&B rather than a real hotel: it is a big appartment with something like 7 or 8 rooms. There is a reception available until 8 pm, though. Room has everything you need to a few days' stay, including hair dryer and mini fridge (than can prove super useful in hot sunny Nice). Quite safe for a solo traveller, although I've certainly seen better.
