Attractively situated in the Kallio district of Helsinki, Citybox Helsinki is situated 1.4 km from Helsinki Cathedral, 1.6 km from Helsinki Central Station and 1.8 km from Helsinki Olympic Stadium. The hotel is in a good location, near the metro station, so you can easily get to the city center. The hotel is neat and tidy just like in the pictures. The room was spacious. Check in and Check out are simple and everything can be done independently. The possibility to leave luggage after check-out is excellent.

The metro station is directly accessible through the same building as the hotel, so it is extremely easy to get around quickly. The big mall next door is also very helpful.

The Folks Hotel Konepaja features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Helsinki. The hotel was close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.

The staff were kind and getting to the hotel was all underground via rail which helped to keep us out of the cold. Easy and convenient check-in and out to catch our early flight too.
