Such an amazing place! It’s off the beaten path so you have to be intentional about choosing a stay here. We were in the area for the Easter celebration in nearby Hokollö and chose to drive 30 minutes to this spot for the night. Thrilled to arrive and receive an upgrade to a suite for the stay. Beautiful facilities. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was very nice! I recommend completely!!

Hotel Ózon & Luxury Villas is a 4-star superior hotel set in the Mátra mountain range, surrounded by the Mátra National Preserve. Great location and beautiful view from the room if you take the panorama view. The spa is well designed and clean with beautiful amenities. The staff is professional, competent and pleasant. The food at dinner was good and the breakfast delicious. The possibility to continue enjoying the spa after checkout is most appreciated. It was a great weekend escape.

This was our second visit this year and this time we brought the whole family. The environment allows you to have a nice small walk or a long hiking trip so it is suitable for both the more and less active members of the family. The religious aspect of the place is fantastic and adds a nice charm to the place. I would totally recommend to stay here.

Opened in 2012, Lifestyle Hotel Mátra features lavish rooms with free Wi-Fi, 2 indoor pools and a spa area of 1200 square metres on 2 floors. Breakfast , dinner was delicious staff is very kind and helpfull. Sauna world is perfect.

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í Mátrafüred, í 40 km fjarlægð frá Egerszalók-jarðhitalindinni. Accommodation was excellent. Anita was very friendly and helpful.
