Fantastic hotel, beautiful building with modern design. Well equipped room, especially liked the walk in, rainfall shower and the Molton Brown toiletries. Lovely spa with nice added touches, such as complimentary tea and fruit. The standout features of the hotel for me are, the staff and the food. Breakfast and dinner both absolutely fantastic, maybe the best food I have ever eaten at a hotel. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, always positive and showed an eagerness to please all guests.

Very clean room, super comfy bed and good facilities. The staff was very kind and the communication with the hotel was straightforward. We plan to go back next year too. This hotel is a gem within the city. It is a great location next to the main square in Papa. The train station is also within walking distance. The hotel and room are clean and well lit. The room also offered lots of counter top space and closet space. The buffet has an impressive variety of food options and is kept very clean and tidy. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it was equally pleasant both times which indicates my level of satisfaction. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They had someone, free of charge, pick us up at the train station. When a pipe in the bathroom broke they moved us to another room. The room they moved us to, they felt had a better view of the lake and the sale boats. Which it did. The area we stayed in is not a tourist area, it is a very small village with beautiful homes. The train station is about 3K but there is a trolly 1K. Either way if you perfer a Taxi they will try to obtain one for you.
